Members are served by a provider law firm, which has been carefully screened and selected by Pre-Paid Legal. To use the plan, members simply call Pre-Paid Legal directly at the number on their membership card when they have a legal question or problem. It’s really that simple. Pre-Paid Legal does all the work; no flipping through a yellow-pages or web searching for a qualified lawyer; no claim forms, no worries about being able to afford a lawyer – just peace of mind.

Who provides the legal services?
Only experienced and reputable law firms are selected by Pre-Paid Legal to provide services to our members and our qualifying standards are hard to beat.
Pre-Paid Legal Services takes selection of its legal service providers seriously. We expect our legal service providers to demonstrate understanding and empathy with the needs of our members and to provide courteous service at all times. Participating law firms must average a minimum of 20 years experience and satisfy specific qualification standards to become part of the Pre-Paid Legal participating legal service provider network.
We require that each participating Legal Service Provider
> Be registered and be in good standing with the Legal Practice board in their state or territory.
> Carry and maintain current professional indemnity insurance with minimum limits.
> Maintain a full-time legal practice.
