Once you have selected the type of legal plan that best suits your needs, simply download the Universal Membership Application Form and complete the relevent areas for your Personal and/or Business Plan.

Personal Plans include:  Legal Access, Value, Employee/Contractor, Singles, Family and Rural Producer.

Business Plans include: Business Basics, Home Based Business, Small Business, Extended Business and Rural Producer. The Rural Producer Plan requires both Personal and Business sections of the Application Form to be completed. If you wish to take out both a Personal and Business Plan then please complete both the personal and business sections
